Data Scientist
This was a long and drawn out process with 7 interviews. Why do they need 7 interviews to determine if you are a viable candidate? Interviews included multiple technical (python, sql) and statistical (probability theory, statistical analysis, hypothesis testing) assessments after an initial introductory call. I was also told that I would be attending a final round interview with the hiring manager and it would be a casual chat (after 6 rounds of interviews). Turns out it was a ML modelling interview, where they asked broad and frankly stupid questions e.g., "imagine what data we have, now how would you use this data without actually looking at it". And, for the cherry on top, there was still another interview after that. It's crazy this company expects 10+ hours of your time for an interview process as if they are FAANG company, yet their recruitment process is a mess (although most of the employees I met were friendly and knew what they were talking about), and they don't offer anywhere near the same level of compensation. I would recommend you don't apply for this company, unless you want many hours of your precious time wasted for average compensation, or more likely, the feeling of being ghosted after giving so much of your time.

Visual Designer
The managers and team members I interacted with were great, but unfortunately, the experience with the internal recruiter left me disappointed. First, after being asked for my availability for an interview, I received no response. I had to follow up a week later just to get things moving. Then, during the interview, the recruiter arrived 10 minutes late without any acknowledgment or apology. After completing five rounds of interviews—including a time-intensive graphic and motion design test—I followed up a week after the final stage and never received a response. Nearly a month later, I finally got a generic rejection email that made no reference to the effort or time I had invested. It felt like the same email someone would get after submitting just a CV. This experience, sadly, has made me reconsider applying to future roles at the company. I genuinely hope the recruitment process can be improved to reflect the professionalism shown by the rest of the team.

- Which tools are part of your toolkit?
- Could you walk us through the design test you completed?
Machine Learning Data Scientist
The process had a few interviews: first a screening with the recruiter, then a live coding test using Python. After that, there was a theoretical Machine Learning interview and a final technical interview with the Hiring Manager, where I also had to solve a business case. Finally, I got to learn more about the role and its function within the company. The process was quick and communication was great. However, two weeks after the last interview, I emailed the recruiter about the process status but never got a reply. I wish I had received one, especially after investing so much time and effort into the process.
- What strategies would you employ to handle imbalanced datasets?
- Could you list the underlying assumptions for linear regression?
Software Engineer
I found the job on LinkedIn and was interviewed the next week. It was a super fast process, all three interviews and the offer were done in under a week! They gave me the offer the day after my last interview. I asked to meet the team before deciding, and they were totally cool with it. It was a really smooth and quick experience, and I liked that they were so open about giving me the info I needed to choose.
- Could you tell me about the Garbage Collector in .NET?
- What's the difference between the heap and the stack when it comes to memory allocation and management?
- Can you give some examples of software design patterns and how you would apply them when developing applications?
