The interview process kicked off with a 30-minute HR screen, followed by a 30-minute chat with the hiring manager. Then, there were four 30-minute interviews with managers and directors from the business unit I would be joining. Initially, they were good with timing and communication, but after the panel interview, they went completely silent. A lot of them didn't even reply to thank you notes. It felt like they had someone chosen internally from the start.

The interview process included 1 screening interview with the company recruiter, followed by a 1:1 interview via Zoom with 3 managers, and finally an onsite interview with the hiring manager. While the process was long, the recruiters and managers were professional, organized and respectful, making it a good experience overall. I did realize during the process that this is not a management position, but rather could be better described as an "Implementation/Customer service Associate" role, focused on managing accounts and supporting customers primarily via phone.

I went through 3 interviews for 3 different roles, making it to the hiring manager interview each time. After chasing the recruiter for an update on the first one, I found out I didn't meet the exact requirements. She then asked if I'd consider a different role. I agreed and had a good interview, with the hiring manager seeming to anticipate making an offer. I didn't hear back, so I contacted the recruiter. The hiring manager then stated the position was filled and it was just bad timing. She then inquired if I'd be interested in interviewing for the same role on a different team. Since I was very keen on working at Procore, I said yes. I did another interview, and it followed the same pattern... a positive experience, expecting an offer, and then being ghosted for a third time. I sent a follow-up email after all three interviews but received absolutely no response. It was a terrible experience.
