I was headhunted by the recruiter for this role and we scheduled a 30-minute phone screen. The recruiter was late and seemed distracted during the call. After our chat, she said I'd get an 'assignment' before an interview was scheduled. The assignment was to create a realistic 3-day itinerary with limited info, a summary of my process, and a list of internal resources used, all due in two business days. After I sent it in, I got a call to schedule an interview. The new person wasn't very professional, said 3 pm, but the confirmation email said 1 pm. The hiring manager was great and the interview was relaxed, but I didn't move forward to the next two interviews and got a canned rejection email, which was disappointing.

The hiring process was really nice. The recruiter was super friendly, open, and helpful. I got an email about a month after applying to schedule a quick 15-minute phone chat with them. It was mostly about culture fit and if I had the basic skills for the job. After that, I had a second 45-minute Zoom interview the following week. This one was with the executive I'd be assisting. They were professional and gave me good info. It was a good mix of topics, and I got plenty of time to ask my own questions at the end. After that, I didn't hear back from the recruiter. I followed up a few times for an update or any feedback. It's been 3 weeks now, so I'm guessing I didn't make it further in the process.

The interview process had three parts. It started with a quick recruiter call. The next day, I had a 30-minute phone interview with my future main point of contact. After that call, it took about a week and a half to set up the on-site interview. The on-site was really nice, with a campus tour and interviews with four people over about three hours. It was a very conversational and pleasant interview experience, despite a few required steps.
