Behavioral Technical

I'd think twice about working here unless you're really in need of a job. Honestly, the interview reviews seem way more real than the job reviews. During my interview, the recruiter totally spaced on me and I had to ask if we needed to reschedule. She was 15 minutes late to the Zoom, and was rude, fake, and unprofessional. Anyway, after that rough start, I went through four interviews in a row. The first one was with this loan officer who was super arrogant and asked easy questions. Then I talked to two support managers who seemed like they hated their jobs and their lives. But the third interview was with a nice support manager who actually liked my skills and said she hoped to see me again. Sadly, I got a rejection email, probably because those guys didn't agree with her. But honestly, I was kinda glad because some of the employees seemed so unhappy, just working for the money. They looked miserable and would bail if they could. I can't even say enough how sad some of these people seemed.

Technical Behavioral Case

First, I got a LinkedIn message about an interview, which was a pretty chill phone chat. Then, I was asked to come into the office for a few interviews. The first was technical, then they checked for culture fit, and after that, there were more behavioral questions about support and customer success. The questions were pretty standard; they just wanted me to be genuine and not sound like a robot. After that, the recruiter called to set up a final Zoom interview with the VP of Customer Support for the next day. This interview, like the others, was to see if I'd be a good fit for Procore and the role. It was a good experience, I'd say.

The interview process started with a brief 20-minute phone call. During this call, they went over the job details, asked about my background, and posed a few straightforward questions. The interviewer was very approachable, making it feel like a casual chat. Following that, I got an email to complete a skills test covering grammar and my Spanish knowledge. Then, another email invited me to a series of Zoom interviews. These interviews were quite different from typical ones, with each lasting about 25 minutes. The atmosphere was welcoming and open, focusing on my grasp of the role and the company's core values, particularly concerning customer support scenarios. Although I didn't receive a job offer, and I'm unsure of the exact reasons, I suspect I might have spoken too much or shared overly personal details. I'm determined to try again, as this company is where I aspire to grow professionally. I plan to dedicate more time to research, prepare thoroughly, and even take a course to be better equipped for the next opportunity.
