So there were 2 rounds. The first was a technical round where I got some SQL queries (basic and medium) and some basic Python questions. The interviewer also looked at my resume and projects, asking for detailed explanations about their tech stack, implementation, and architecture. This round lasted about 30-40 minutes. After that, I had an HR round. In this round, they were mainly checking my critical thinking and how I approach problems. They asked me one puzzle, which I eventually solved, but it took me a bit. They also asked about my future aspirations and dream company. This round was about half an hour.

Confirmed questions3 questions

So, to get in, first you gotta do this Online Assessment (OA), it's like a test for your smarts and tech skills. Then, there's a Group Discussion, where they see how you talk and work with others. After that, you have a Case Study round to check if you can solve problems and think things through. Lastly, there's the main Interview, where they look at your tech knowledge, how you behave, and if you'd fit in.

Case Presentation

Got a text from a recruiter on LinkedIn asking about my availability for a case study. I got the case study with a 48-hour deadline, finished it and sent it back. After that, they asked about my availability for another interview. I followed up 4 times over two weeks, but heard nothing. Then, out of the blue, they invited me to a presentation. The hiring manager seemed casual, was in his car during the call, and didn't seem to pay much attention to my slides. I had to follow up twice to get the final decision. The whole thing felt unprofessional and was a waste of my time.

Behavioral

The HR team is very unprofessional and doesn't take accountability. They'll set up interviews and then forget about them, making candidates chase them for scheduling. The interviewers are unethical and will contact your manager if they know them, which puts your job at risk. If you try to talk to HR about this, they're laid-back and don't respond. Contacting the CEO is also useless because the lack of professionalism seems to come from the top.
