First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Priority1.
Sales Representative
First, there was an initial call with a recruiter on LinkedIn. Then, I had an in-person interview with the sales manager. After that, I had a field day with the manager, doing a half-day on the job to see if it was a good fit for both sides. Finally, there was an interview with executives, like the sales VP.
- Can you tell me about your three biggest strengths and three biggest weaknesses?
Inside Sales Representative
It was a simple interview with basic questions. They asked me to "sell them" their iPhone. Then they spent some time observing someone working. During that time the person showed me how someone had a budget of $500 so they overcharged for the product to increase their commissions. When I saw that I realized this wasn’t the place for me.
- Can you sell me this iPhone?
Sales Representative
It was a pretty quick interview process. It took less than a week from the phone screen to getting an offer, spanning two business weeks. The whole experience was very pleasant, relaxed, and easy-going. The recruiter I spoke with was really kind and knew a lot about the role. I ended up declining because I accepted another job offer, but that fell through due to unexpected family needs. I'm hoping to reconnect with Jessica to talk about a different opportunity and explain what happened.

- Why did you leave your previous job?
