Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Priority1.
Sales Manager
First, you'll get a call for an initial screening. If that works out, the next step is an in-person interview. After that, there's an in-person field ride to give you a feel for the day-to-day and for the hiring manager to see if you'd be a good fit. If you do well on all that, you'll get an offer!
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this position?
Sales Manager
First, a recruiter reached out. Then, I had two phone interviews – one with the recruiter and another with the hiring manager. After that, it was an in-person interview, a field ride, and a final interview. It was a long process, and they also sent an email questionnaire. Management really stressed that our performance directly impacts their earnings.
- Tell me about your top three strengths.
- What are your three biggest weaknesses?
- Explain why you'd be a great fit for this position.
Sales Manager
You'll start with a call from a Priority 1 recruiter. After that, you'll speak with the regional manager for the area or city you're interested in. This is followed by a field ride, and then a call with your region's Director. If that goes well, you'll have a final call with the VP of the company who will give the approval after hearing from you.
- How competitive are you?
