Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Priority1.
Territory Manager
The interview process is pretty straightforward. First, you have a call with the regional sales manager to discuss your background. After that, you'll have an in-person interview. If they decide to hire you, you'll spend a half-day shadowing a senior rep in the field.
- How have you dealt with difficult situations in the past?
Territory Manager
At Priority1, you'll go through a few rounds of interviews. It might start with phone calls, then maybe an in-person meeting. There's also a 'field day' where you get to tag along with a sales rep. You could have several interviews with different managers, and they'll really want to see how good you are at sales and if you'll vibe with the company. They're big on you knowing your stuff about the territory and the customers you'd be working with.
- What draws you to business-to-business sales?
Territory Manager
First, I had a 1 on 1 meeting with the regional manager. We talked, and I had to explain why I thought I was a good fit. I also had to go over my recent work history, my education, and personality traits that would work well for the position.
- In what ways do you see yourself as a strong candidate for this role?
- Can you discuss your most recent professional experiences?
- What is your educational background?
