The interview was about an hour long and pretty interesting. They asked me stuff related to the job, focusing more on hard skills than soft skills. The interviewers were nice and they told me I'd get a practical test, which I did.
- How would you go about creating content aimed at winning back customers who have stopped engaging with us?

First, I had a chat with two Customer Success managers about the job and my salary needs. I told them what I wanted. Then, I was given a copy test, which I did well on according to their feedback. After that, I interviewed with the hiring manager. She liked me but asked again if my salary was negotiable. I said not really. They ended up hiring someone else. It felt like a waste of time since they didn't have the budget to meet my salary requirements.
- Usual questions and a writing test.
- What are your requirements regarding salary?
- Is your asking price flexible?

I went through 3 stages: an HR Interview, a Hiring Manager interview, and a task. The first two stages went great IMO, the Hiring Manager even told me that she really liked my profile. Then I submitted the article. It was a 1200-word article and I took it very seriously, going through all the steps described and following all of the instructions and guidelines. Then I got an answer that although my article covered all SEO and audience engagement criteria, it did not correspond to Printify's tone. I found it very vague since following the guideline, I was ticking all the boxes. I also found it disrespectful to answer like that to someone who spends a full workday writing an article for a job interview task.
- How do you handle conflicts?
