first, you need to do the online applications and upload all documentation like certifications and shots. you pick the schools you want to apply to. then, the school will contact you to set up an interview. you will normally interview with the principal.
- Be ready to share your deep understanding of classroom technology like smartboards.
- A lot of times, if you're open to coaching, it helps you stand out from candidates who aren't.

The interview process involved looking over my recommendations and was also predicated upon previous performance appraisal interview results. Overall a pretty standard interview process. After they realized I was truly qualified, the rest of the interview was primarily focused on explaining the aspects of the particular contract position, and the "difficulties" they had been having, i.e. the reason they needed to hire me.
