I talked with the director of Primrose and she was very friendly. It felt like they really cared about the children getting the best care and education. I was asked a few questions that were pretty simple as long as you have experience to pull from.

The interview process felt straightforward, but I quickly realized it wouldn't be a good fit because of the salary and schedule. They were completely inflexible. They expected me to work from 7 AM to 7 PM with a two-hour break in between. Even with my bachelor's degree in education, the highest salary they mentioned was $15.
