The selection process was clear and well-structured. I went through several interviews with different people, from HR to my future managers, which gave me a more complete view of the team and the company's needs. I also had to prepare a practical case, an interesting challenge that allowed me to show my strategic and creative approach.

The manager was nice and clear with his questions. He listened and made the interview feel less like an interrogation and more like a conversation about the company, the manager, and the team I would join.

First over the phone interview was with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. She asked many questions pertaining to my past work experience, where I wanted to be in 2 years and my expectations of the position. She went over what was expected about the position and we walked through my resume. She advised me that I would receive a following phone interview with the management supervisor in Florida. This interview was similar to the last. Many questions referring to my prior job experience. I followed the interview with questions I had about the position and their expectations of me. Finally, the interview was 1 on 1 with my soon to be manager. They all seemed to have the basic interview questions.

The job was advertised on job sites and they asked for my CV and covering letter. I got a call to check if they'd already chosen people for interview. After I re-submitted my CV and covering letter, the next day I received an email inviting me to an initial interview. The interview date was set within 4 days, it seemed very positive and was very engaging. The interview was only 20 minutes, they literally just confirmed my experience and what I know about the company. The interview felt rushed and I couldn't ask the questions I had for them. It was the weirdest interview I've ever had and I'm still waiting to hear back.
