Account Executive
Had a discussion with interview questions, then a call notes-taking test, then a presentation on a topic of my choice, then a building tour, then met someone in a similar role, then a phone call, then an in person team meet. - Is this really the role for you?
Account Executive
The first interview was with a senior employee who talked a lot about the job. It was a good chat, and they were nice and told me stuff about the job, the company, and how I could move up. The next interview was pretty fast. The people in the second interview didn't seem to care about the job or anything. They didn't know much about the role and couldn't answer my questions. They didn't make the job sound good. The agency should make sure interviewers know about the job and how to interview people.
- Can you tell me about your background and experience in medcomms, and how it relates to managing the responsibilities of this role?
Account Executive
The whole process was super smooth. It kicked off with some general questions, then moved into a presentation. They clearly reviewed my CV, and it felt more like a casual chat than a formal interview.
- Can you tell me about your experience in finance?
