After passing a medical writing test, the interviews consisted of standard questions. These included inquiries about your motivation for the job and the company, a request to introduce yourself, and a question about anticipated challenges.

- Why do you want to work here?
- Can you tell us about yourself?
Account Executive
Had a discussion with interview questions, then a call notes-taking test, then a presentation on a topic of my choice, then a building tour, then met someone in a similar role, then a phone call, then an in person team meet. - Is this really the role for you?
Medical Writer
The process was unprofessional. I wasn't told if I passed the initial writing test. I had to chase recruitment for two weeks after the test deadline, and then they wanted to book an interview. After that, I spent weeks chasing recruitment for an interview/feedback. Finally, I got hold of them, and they booked me for a second interview. During the second interview, I brought up my writing test, and the interviewers admitted they hadn't even looked at it.
- What motivates your interest in becoming a medical writer?
Medical Writer
After my CV was submitted and I had a chat with the recruiter, I was selected for an interview. Before that, there was a written test. The actual interview was online, it lasted about 40 minutes, and there were two interviewers: the agency's directing manager and an associate director. They select applicants based on how they do.
- Can you tell us about yourself?
- What motivated you to apply for this particular job?
- What are your future career aspirations?
