Recruiter
I applied and got a call really fast to set up an interview, but it felt kind of all over the place from the start. During the interviews, it was like they didn't even look at my resume because they kept asking me to explain why I left past jobs. And after three rounds, there was also confusion about the references I gave, like how to reach them even though I put down email addresses. Basically, the questions and how unprepared they seemed made it feel really unplanned, so I decided to pull out.
- Would you accept a job offer right away or need time to think about it?
Staffing Coordinator
The interview process included a phone screen, then two more phone interviews, followed by an in-person interview. After that, I was told there was another step. I tried to follow up many times, but didn't hear back for months. The company seemed like it was ahead of the curve and had a good culture, but their follow-up could have been better.
- Can you share your past work experience?
- Tell me about a challenge you faced and how you overcame it.
- Do you have any questions for us?
Staffing Consultant
The office was very professional. The CEO was upfront and honest. They didn't beat around the bush and told it how it was.
- Are you a good character fit for the role?
