Customer Service Representative
They'll give you a call to schedule a face-to-face interview. After that, you'll have to take a drug test. Once they find a suitable position for you, they'll arrange an interview with the company. If that company interview goes well, they'll set you up for direct deposit with PrideStaff.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?
Customer Service Representative
I sent in my application online and then got a call for a quick 15-minute chat. The recruiter initially mixed me up with someone else. They suggested a virtual interview, but I passed on that because I wasn't sure they had my correct info and if they were actually from PrideStaff. So, I proposed meeting in person since I was nearby. The actual meeting felt a bit strange. The recruiter was kind of rude and dismissive. They also weren't super clear and I felt like they were being a bit misleading. What really made me nervous was when they mentioned they might tweak my resume.
- Can you tell me about your experience with taking orders and working in a call center environment?
- How would you handle situations with challenging customers?
- What is your experience working in a plant manufacturing setting?
Customer Service Associate
The interview process was pretty straightforward and informative. The Senior recruiter was professional and detailed. I sent quite a few follow-up emails. The recruiter was responsive and apologetic when he was unable to respond directly. I truly appreciated that.
