I filled out the application online and got a call within two weeks. When I got to the store, the managers didn't seem to know I had an interview scheduled and I had to wait about 30 minutes. Eventually, the front end manager interviewed me. They seemed pretty uninterested and mostly asked about my future plans. I think I didn't get the job because I was too qualified.
