I had an initial chat with HR, followed by a technical interview with the insights team where they tested my Python and SQL skills. Additionally, they asked several behavioral and situational questions.

Got a call pretty quickly after applying online, like within 20 mins. Then had an interview within a couple days of that call. They offered me the job about a week after the interview. After that, I had to do a background check and fill out the formal application on their website, which had some general aptitude questions that pretty much everyone takes, maybe 20 mins worth.

The interview experience was straightforward and didn't require extensive preparation. It was quite brief, around 7 minutes, and I didn't need to showcase any certifications. The process was generally easy, and I was offered the position promptly, with orientation scheduled a few days later, which was a paid session.

It was an easy process. I applied online. The interviewer was friendly and informative. I know a few people who work here and they recommended the company to me. The store seems busy and I'm hoping to work a lot of hours, but I'm not sure if that will happen. I heard they keep part-timers to 20 hours a week or less.
