I spoke with HR first, then met with five other people in the department over two months. I had to chase them for an update after two weeks of silence, which was a major red flag. The lack of professionalism and negative online reviews made me reconsider. It seems like a lack of character is common in the company.

I had a phone interview with HR where she asked about my previous experience and skills. Then I had an in-person interview with two managers who also asked about my experience, mostly technical questions and no behavioral questions. After that, I was given a test on math and accounting, and also tested on my Excel skills like vlookup, pivot, and other functions.

The staffing agency was not well-organized, and there was poor communication between them and the company. The interview process had too many rounds, and in the end, management decided I was overqualified, which made me question why they wasted my time for two days. The interviews were in Pune. Their processes were not clearly defined.
