The first round was an HR Round which was pretty straightforward. After a week, I received a call back from the HR and they invited me for an interview. I requested online as I wasn't feeling well, they were kind enough and offered me an online interview. Honestly, the interview went so well, I answered all the questions which were asked for. The interviewers were very happy with all my answers. They mentioned in the call that they got some silly answers for a particular question of "what animal would you like to be". I expected that I would definitely get this job but they rejected me. I asked for the feedback but the HR said that I had less experience. They already knew about how much experience I've, then why wasting my time to give this reason. Overall not a company for long-term goals.

Had a preliminary call with a recruiter, then a zoom with the HR Director, Sales SVP, and Sales VP. Those initial conversations were professional and went smoothly. The last interview was in-person with the SVP, VP, and Marketing Director where I felt interrogated about my past experience. Honestly, that last interview felt like a waste of time because those questions could have been addressed earlier in the process.

The interview process was really bad. They started with an online assessment where they seemed to select candidates randomly. My friend didn't answer most questions correctly but got selected for the next round, while I answered all my questions correctly and wasn't shortlisted. They also didn't show the total marks, which was very frustrating.

There was 1 interview that was either online or face-to-face. It had 4 parts: checking company knowledge, an email test, an Excel data task, and competency-based questions. I interviewed with one permanent staff member and one placement student.
