Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved two interviews. The first was with a Talent Acquisition specialist who assessed culture fit and motivations for joining the company. This was essentially a behavioral interview. The final interview was with the Engineering Manager, where they discussed the company's backstory, long-term goals, and tech stack.

Behavioral Technical

I had an initial hr call, then a second round with a technical lead. This person was immature and lacked people and communication skills. The third round was with the engineering manager and was a standard conversation. It seemed like everyone there was Latino, so if you're Latino, apply. If you're not, don't.

Applied on LinkedIn and got a call from the Head of Talent the next day. Had a quick chat about me and the company, and I was immediately interested. Mentioned that I needed to speed up the process, and he agreed. Scheduled the interviews for Thursday. First interview was a casual chat with the Engineering Manager, discussing the company and its exciting aspects, and a little about me. The manager was friendly and made me feel comfortable. On Friday, I had a technical interview with the Engineering Manager and a principal software engineer. They gave me a coding question (using any programming language) and a system design scenario focused on AWS. They provided hints and made the session enjoyable. Received the offer on Friday afternoon. Overall, a fantastic experience interviewing with the Prezzee team. Best interview ever. The Head of Talent was super kind and proactive.
