We had this interview over zoom. It was a group thing, Bud, the Managing Partner, interviewed me and another candidate. He asked both of us behavioral questions and about our backgrounds. Pretty standard stuff. The main issue was that the job title was misleading. I thought it was traditional marketing, but it's actually door-to-door sales for Verizon, their only client. I thought they worked with lots of brands. I told Bud I wasn't interested after he explained the day-to-day, it's not really my thing.

I applied online and got a call. The entire process took two days. First, they did a 15-minute interview and said they'd call me back. The next day, I interviewed with someone who showed me how to sell car wash cleaner. Then I had to wait in the lobby and they quizzed me on what I learned about selling the car wash from the previous interview. After that, they brought me in for a third interview to go over my answers. Later that day, I got a call with the job offer.

I applied thru Indeed and got a callback the next day. They set up an interview. I met with a really nice young lady. She talked about the job and how I could move up into management. She invited me back for a second round. The second round was with a corporate trainer, and we talked more about pay, hours, and what they expect. I talked to the manager again and asked if I had any questions. It was pretty intense because I had to make sure I impressed all three people.
