First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Presidio.
Network Engineer
The process started with a phone screening with the recruiter. Then, they moved to a video interview with two managers, Kevin and Julio. Within two hours of that interview, they scheduled a second video interview with Antonio and George. This is where I realized it was a fake interview. Antonio wasn't paying attention, and they cut the interview short after about 3 technical questions, without giving me a chance to ask any questions.
- How would you trace a machine if a customer provided an IP address and reported it as infected?
Network Engineer
It was a tough interview with 3 other engineers. The questions were pretty fair to what you'd expect to know for the job. Some white boarding was involved, and it wasn't always about knowing the answer 100%, but more about how you handled things you weren't totally sure about. Basically, don't try to make stuff up.
- Can you explain the function and necessity of ARP?
Network Engineer
Had a phone screen with HR, then had to wait 2 weeks. Then another phone screen with a different HR person, wait 2 weeks again. After that, a phone screen with an IT person, wait another 2 weeks. Finally, an in-person interview, and then waited 3 weeks.
- Were you asked fundamental questions about Information Technology?
