This company seemed really unprofessional. I had a second interview where I sat in on their morning meeting, which was full of cursing. After that, I was supposed to get in a car with another employee, and they drove me to a coffee shop for another interview. The car the employee drove smelled like weed, had tons of chew cans everywhere, and a water bottle that was full of spit.

Behavioral Presentation

Applied online and HR Director reached out via email, then called the same day. She was energetic, funny, and positive. She learned about me and my goals, gave a job overview, and set up an interview with the President, Bill. The person in the lobby matched the HR Director's voice and recalled our chat – that was cool! Bill greeted me, made me comfortable in his office, and asked a few questions. He also explained the role and daily tasks thoroughly, discussing the position's future and the company's growth. I was told that if I'm a top candidate, I'd get a call later today to schedule a second interview with an Executive Consultant. So far, so good! Fun fact: a friend worked at a sister company and mentioned Presden Consultants is sharing office space and helping launch a new company called Braudack. Apparently, the two presidents were former colleagues, Braudack is having issues, and Presden's team is assisting with their culture. I found this incredibly impressive and a great sign of Presden's executive team's character.

Behavioral Presentation

The initial conversation was about my career aspirations and personal attributes, focusing on my personality and what I'm seeking in a role. I also appreciated the manager and HR thoroughly explaining the day-to-day responsibilities. The company's growth trajectory, illustrated with real-life examples, was quite exciting. The second interview was quite in-depth. I observed a morning meeting and met some team members before interviewing with another manager. I explored aspects of the job, products, and clientele, and received detailed information. We also covered compensation and benefits, with the growth potential being the most compelling aspect. The third interview involved discussions with both the manager and an HR representative.

I was contacted by their company, had a couple of phone interviews, and then was given the offer. One of the bosses was very professional and made me interested in the company. They were great about getting back to me and answering any questions I had about the position.
