The technical test was a great way for me to show what I can do. They focused on how I could help the company and use my experience, not just on what I didn't know. I also got enough time to ask about Preqin and chat with the team, which helped me really get a feel for the company and its culture.

Got a call from HR about a job opening. Mentioned my salary expectations and 2-month notice period, which they said was fine. Asked about the offer timeline, and was told 2-3 days max. Cleared 2 technical rounds and 1 manager round. After that, I shared documents with my counter offer, but the details were forwarded to HR incorrectly. Then, the HR round happened. She mentioned I had an offer and would share it after the meeting, but it was indeed the wrong offer due to incorrect figures being shared by Harshita. It's been 2 days, and when I called, she said my offer is on hold because of my notice period. So why waste my time interviewing if you can't afford it?

I had a great time interviewing! The process had 3 stages. First, I had a chill chat with the hiring manager. Then, there was a technical round where we talked about tech stuff and my solution for the take-home assignment. Lastly, I had a cultural fit interview where I met some other people involved, like the product team. It was all put together nicely and was fun.
