The interview process was pretty simple, with two interview rounds happening on the same day each time, and each round had two interviewers. In between those, I had to do a test that was mostly about calculating percentages and doing basic financial analysis. It was a good experience overall and everyone was really nice, but the actual job seemed a lot like being in a call center. I got an offer even though I had no business or financial background at all.
