Account Manager
Had a few rounds of rough interviews with higher-ups who were either off camera or didn't seem to care about the work I put into a presentation. After a 4th round, in-person process, they ghosted me for a month with no feedback. I finally got an email for a call after a few follow-ups. The call turned out to be a rejection, which could have easily been an email, and they didn't give any feedback. They did mention a potential upcoming opportunity on another team if budget allowed. Still no word on that, so don't bother applying, they'll just waste your time.
- Could you describe the types of clients your company serves?
Account Manager
I applied online and then the recruiter reached out. The first call was very straightforward, mostly asking me to discuss my experience and if I knew anything about alternative assets. About a week later, the recruiter contacted me for a second call with the hiring manager. This interview was also very casual and conversational. After that, I heard nothing back for weeks, even after following up. It felt very unprofessional.
- Can you walk me through your experience?
- How would you describe your communication style?
Account Manager
The interview process was pretty standard and organized. I had a bunch of team interviews with future coworkers, then a manager interview to talk about what they expect and their management style. They also had me make a project, and then they really went over it and gave feedback.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
