The interview process was a complete disaster and I would not recommend it to anyone. They prioritize robotic performance over human considerations. I experienced a personal tragedy with my father's passing right before my second interview. Despite explaining the situation and my desire to demonstrate commitment, I was not afforded a reschedule. My performance suffered due to my emotional state, and when I later explained the circumstances and requested another chance, I received no empathy or even a condolence. This lack of compassion was a major red flag, and even a significantly higher offer wouldn't make me reconsider joining them.

I had a phone interview with HR, where they asked standard prep questions like why I want to work there and what I know about the role. Then, I scheduled an in-person second round with two managers. They asked similar questions about my current activities and reasons for wanting the job. It's important to research the company, understand their clients, and know about PE, Hedge Funds, Real Estate, and Infrastructure. The final interview was with the Head of US Operations, which was pretty much the same as the second interview. I got an offer within a week.

So they are going to do a role play with me and ask me some basic questions about Alternative Investment. First, they'll give me a paper to read the scenario and play my role as a sales executive. To be honest, you have to be smart, they would not guide you, you have to prepare yourself and sell them product and service at a good price.
