I had a phone screen with a recruiter, which was okay, but very basic. Then there was a long silence after that, and I had to reach out to them. My interview with the team lead went really well. After that, I didn't hear anything back from recruiting until another interview just showed up on my calendar without any warning or details. Then, radio silence again. The whole recruiting part was pretty bad.

The HR screening call was a bit slow and really not necessary as all the information had already been communicated via email. The follow up calls were set up quickly. Very nice and pleasant personalities who had taken much effort to read carefully my CV, and had a very spot on assessment of my skills and my experiences. Some technical questions and a few competency based. They knew when they got the responses and when to stop asking. very professional.

Moved on to the final interview with the Director, and it was the worst interview of my life. She was 15 minutes late and didn't even apologize. She was unprofessional and acted irritated that she had to meet with me. They say how you are treated during candidacy is an indication of company culture…
