After I passed the initial recruiter screen, I had a first interview with the hiring manager. Then, I went through a second panel interview where I had to present slides on a topic and answer questions. The whole process was pretty fast, taking less than two weeks from my first interview to receiving the offer.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a 3 step interview. Standard questions were asked, followed by a presentation and a panel interview. I was given short notice to prepare for the presentation. They took a long time to respond, but I was told it could take a while. There were some weird framework agreements, not aligned with the market.

Behavioral Technical

The talent acquisition team took over a month to schedule interviews. After they finally set them up, they arranged the first two rounds. The interviewers seemed unprepared and unenthusiastic. I noticed some discriminatory body language from both interviewers in the first round. Neither interviewer understood their management roles and clearly showed their lack of people management skills by saying, "I'm hands off until they need me to step in." I feel like I dodged a bullet.

It was a pretty chill conversation. Started with a self-intro, then we talked about my past work, what I did day-to-day, and some specifics about those jobs. They also asked about my work authorization and when I could start. The person interviewing me was really nice and chatty.
