First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Precision AQ.
Account Executive
I went through 3 interviews. The first two seemed to go well, but the third one I'm not so sure about. After putting in all the effort to prepare, I just got a standard email saying I wasn't moving forward, and that was only after I followed up.
- Describe a situation and tell me how you would handle it.
Account Executive
Got referred for an AE role and the recruiter hit me up quickly. The first call was alright, then I had a 2-on-1 with two of my potential teammates. I felt the interview went great, they even said they hoped to talk again soon! Didn't get the job in the end, which was fine, but it took them four weeks to get back to me. The recruiter was always responsive when I reached out, but the hiring managers took ages to decide. I never heard back when I asked for feedback.
- How do you approach learning and working in a remote setting?
Account Executive
The interview process included 4 interviews: an initial recruiter call, a meeting with a senior person, and two group interviews with a total of 4 employees. It was a bit of a long process since I had to talk to 5 people from the company. The questions were pretty standard though, and I felt good throughout. No tests.
- What's your approach to managing customer requests that have very short deadlines?
