Initially a talent acquisition person will call you to tell about job role and salary offered. Then one technical interview with US team who don't know anything about the position they are hiring for, they schedule it for one hour but will ask only 2-3 questions and say we will get back. Its a total waste of time..they just interview candidates for namesake I feel. This company doesn't even have a wiki page.

The initial interactions with Precision AQ were positive, but the overall experience was disappointing. The first HR interview was fine, though the interviewer's background was unprofessional. I passed this stage and completed an assignment, which I submitted on time and received good feedback on. I was told I would proceed to the final round. However, due to an interviewer's holiday, I was asked to wait two weeks for the next step. Three weeks passed, and I received an automated rejection email, which was confusing and disappointing given our previous communication. I did not receive any response when I asked for feedback. While I understand rejections happen, it was frustrating to be left waiting after being led to believe I was moving to the final interview. This made me question the company's values. Better communication and follow-up would have made the process more professional and respectful of my time.

Got referred for an AE role and the recruiter hit me up quickly. The first call was alright, then I had a 2-on-1 with two of my potential teammates. I felt the interview went great, they even said they hoped to talk again soon! Didn't get the job in the end, which was fine, but it took them four weeks to get back to me. The recruiter was always responsive when I reached out, but the hiring managers took ages to decide. I never heard back when I asked for feedback.

Started with an HR phone interview to understand my motivation. Then, there was a 90-minute test where I had to analyze something abstract and answer questions. After that, I had an interview with a VP about basic market access stuff; they were really nice and helpful. The final round was a 2.5-hour session that included an interview with the managing VP and a director, a presentation to senior team members, a case study (which I messed up at the end because I panicked), and a meet and greet with the team. Everyone was really warm and engaging throughout.
