Account Executive
Started with a call with the recruiter, then spoke with the hiring manager. After that, there was a panel interview with three regional VPs, which involved two deal reviews and a lot of questions. The next stage was supposed to be a chance for me to ask questions, and dates were given for this. However, this stage did not happen, and I was not contacted. I reached out to the recruiter after two weeks to ask about the timeline and was told I had not progressed. It was a messy and poor process.
- Can you describe two successful deals you closed?
- What competition did you face in those deals?
- What is your reason for leaving your current position?
Account Executive
Started with a quick chat with the gate keeper, then an hour with the hiring manager. We discussed my background and experience, the company, and why the position was open. At the end, they said I was a good fit and would be recommended for the next step. But then, a few weeks later, I heard through a contact that the interviewer had a change of heart. No official word from the company, which felt like they forgot about our talk and left me hanging. Not very professional.
- Can you describe your knowledge of our product portfolio?
- What are your insights into current market trends, and what recent experience do you have in that area?
Account Executive
