Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Precise.
Financial Analyst
It was fine. HR was nice and did a 20 minute behavioral screening. After that, they emailed an Excel test and I had to email it back as a PDF. Then there was a senior interview if I passed the technical part.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Can you tell me about your recent experience?
Economist
It started with a test, and I passed. After the test, I had an HR interview that also went great. Following the HR interview, there was an interview with a partner. This interview wasn't very professional; the partner just tried to pressure me and asked silly questions that had nothing to do with the job or anything else.
- What is the last job you would like to be working on right now?
Financial Analyst
It was a long process. First, I had a chat with HR. Then, I took an Excel test which was pretty simple. After that, I met with a manager who asked me some math questions. Finally, I had an interview with a top manager, who also asked math questions and other questions. That top manager was really rude during the interview. He muted himself and I could tell he was talking about me because he kept pointing and looking at me and the other person he was talking to. It left a bad impression, and I wouldn't want to work for a company that treats people that way.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
