The whole interview process is pretty simple and straight-forward. Almost all of the questions are focused on your previous educational background and work experiences. Some of the questions are focused towards your interest in the company and SCM domain as a whole

My P&W interview experience was great, despite mixed reviews I'd heard. A P&W talent advisor reached out and guided me the whole way, which took about a month. I waited two weeks for the SuperDay. First, I had a recruiter call. Then, a phone interview two days later. A few days after that, I got invited to a Superday and info on booking travel. I arrived in Hartford the day before the Superday. The interviews were from 7-11 am with 4 people, two of whom I'd already spoken to on the phone. It felt easy, but I was ready. Two days later, I got an offer. It was a bit low, so I negotiated an extra $6k. I didn't initially realize the value of the relocation package until later. The package is really good, including things like apartment lease breakup fees (up to 2 months), temporary housing or cash, trucking, storage, travel, mileage/meal reimbursement, and help finding a new place. I accepted the offer. The next day, I was contacted about the next steps: background check, drug screen, and benefits. The background check took 1.5 weeks, and the drug screen was a urine test. The whole hiring experience was awesome.

I first met them at the career fair and then got an interview. The interview had two people in it. They started with behavioral questions about my college and internship experiences and my goals. Towards the end, they asked some situational questions about problem-solving.
