I first had a phone interview, which was pretty standard but included one technical question at the end. Then, I was invited to their recruiting event. About 12 other candidates from across the country were there. It seemed like they were holding multiple events to interview many people. The event featured a panel discussion with current employees and a presentation by a manager. Each candidate also had two one-on-one interviews with employees, which felt like typical interview settings. The whole event took place in a showroom with different engines on display, but we weren't shown the actual work environment, which was a bit of a letdown.

I had an initial interview at a conference, which then led to an invitation for a Super Day. During the Super Day, I met with 4 different managers from various departments. The atmosphere was very laid-back and conversational. Mostly, we just reviewed my resume, and I discussed my past experiences. It's been more than a month, and despite multiple calls and emails to HR, I haven't received any response, which I found quite unprofessional.

It was super chill. I talked with my direct supervisor, no HR involved. The vibe was good, really positive. We chatted a bit about my school's football team and some other random things. Then they asked why I wanted to work at Pratt and Whitney, what made me think I was a good fit for the role, and about my previous design team experience mentioned on my resume.
