The interview process kicked off at an on-campus recruiting event where my resume was collected. A few days later, I had an interview. It was a two-part process: one phone interview followed by an on-site interview. The whole thing felt smooth, and the people I interviewed with were great. I left thinking I'd get an offer soon. But then, silence for months after the interview. I eventually found out in mid-March that the program was canceled for the year and no offers would be extended. Talk about being misleading and dragging out the process. If you want a job offer in a timely manner, then AVOID PRATT. I expected much more from such a big, renowned company. It was absolutely awful.

It took over 2 months. First, HR called me for a phone interview. Then, they scheduled an in-person interview with 3 people, including an HR rep. After that, they called me back saying things were looking good, but then I never heard back. I had to call them a month later to find out the position was canceled.
