The interview process was pretty straightforward and quite easy. It mainly consisted of basic behavioral questions, like why I decided to join Pratt & Whitney and what I consider my strengths to be. The HR representative was very friendly, making the conversation feel more like a casual chat than a formal interview. I was interviewed by both an HR representative and a technical supervisor, and they were both really nice and offered a lot of positive feedback.

Got an email to schedule a phone interview and it all moved super fast. The call itself was pretty brief and didn't dive deep into my skills, more focused on why I wanted the job.
