The interview started with a discussion about the design team. I then asked two questions regarding the team and the experiences of past interns on it. Following that, I was asked two questions about my leadership role in the AIAA club and my motivations for pursuing mechanical engineering.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty straightforward and quite easy. It mainly consisted of basic behavioral questions, like why I decided to join Pratt & Whitney and what I consider my strengths to be. The HR representative was very friendly, making the conversation feel more like a casual chat than a formal interview. I was interviewed by both an HR representative and a technical supervisor, and they were both really nice and offered a lot of positive feedback.

Got an email to schedule a phone interview and it all moved super fast. The call itself was pretty brief and didn't dive deep into my skills, more focused on why I wanted the job. They said I'd hear back in about a week, but despite sending several follow-up emails, I never got a response about the role.
