The interview was about 30 minutes, with back-to-back sessions. Essentially, all the interviews happened at the same time in the same room, making it hard to hear the interviewer. The interviewer mostly talked about the project and asked one question. I'm not sure how they made their selection.

The job offer was accessible via the university coop stage website. I applied online through the university coop stage system. I received a convocation through the university coop stage system. There was one interview, around 45 minutes long. Some general questions about technical competencies, past jobs, and personality were asked, as is usual. There were 2 interviewers who were very friendly. I got a response via the internet. This place requires a security investigation and asked me to fill up a lot of forms.

I talked to HR, the manager, and a plant engineer. We talked about management style, the company's future, and working conditions. I got all my questions answered and felt like I understood the job well. The people were great. The only downside was that the whole process took a really long time, even after the interviews.
