Behavioral Technical

I applied online and then had an online assessment. It was very basic, asking about myself. Then, for the in-person interview, we started with a resume overview where I talked about my past experiences. After that, there were two behavioral questions, like how I'd handle a dispute with my team. Finally, I was shown a diagram of a turbofan engine and asked to explain its operation, identify parts, and discuss the forces and stresses involved.

I started as an intern. The interview process was like speed dating. You had interviews for any position where both the department and you were interested. The department and employee would submit ranked lists of preferences. Then a matching algorithm did the final pairings.

First, they gave me a phone call to screen me and then they scheduled an actual interview. The interview was mostly about my past experience, and they asked a few technical questions too. I haven't heard back for almost a month, and I'm still waiting.
