I had a really bad interview experience at Parmata. They found my profile on Naukri and invited me for an interview, which I confirmed with HR. The process had 4 rounds: a test, a technical interview, a techno-managerial interview, and finally an HR discussion. However, when I arrived, nobody seemed to know about my interview. After waiting an hour at reception, an HR person arrived and, after another 30 minutes, gave me a pen and paper test. Once I passed the first round, I had to wait another 1-2 hours for the next one. The interviewers asked detailed questions about SQL, Java, and algorithms, and I cleared that round too. Then came the techno-managerial round, which I also passed. Finally, it was the HR interview. I had already received an offer from another startup and had told them my expected salary before coming. But when I mentioned my expected salary during the HR discussion, the tone changed. The HR asked me what I would do if I received an offer from a better company, essentially criticizing their own company. After that, she said she'd let me know the results later. I eventually got a rejection, with the reason being that I didn't meet all their expectations.

Went through an online test which was kinda tough but I passed it. Then a technical test on Hackerearth called Facecode. After that, there was an in-person technical interview at the office. Overall, it was a good experience, although I didn't end up getting the offer.
