Data Associate
So I first had these MCQs about Excel and financial knowledge, there were about 15 to 18 questions, kinda moderate difficulty. Then in the second round, the interviewer asked technical questions based on a document, like how to figure out tax or find an order ID.
- Why do you think you're the right fit for this position?
- What are your thoughts on this role and the company?
Data Associate
So, I had two rounds. First was an online assessment, proctored, focused on basic data analysis. It was pretty easy. Then, the second round was a zoom interview, lasted about an hour. They didn't select me after this round.
- Can you explain the job description that we shared?
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What is your understanding of what our company does?
Data Associate
First, there was an introduction, then they asked about my family background, followed by a discussion about the company and my review of it. We talked about the job description, and I was asked to read it, understand the role, and then answer interview questions from my own perspective. The interviewer encouraged me not to lose hope and to try again if I didn't succeed.
