I had my first interview with the HR Manager, and then with the store manager at the store. They were professional, on time, and made me feel comfortable. They even asked about my personal interests. There were a few targeted questions about hard and soft skills. They show care and attention towards staff.

Behavioral Technical

The interview experience was negative, condescending, invasive, arrogant, embarrassing, and cold. It felt uninviting and damaged my perception of the brand. I went from admiring and appreciating the brand to questioning how the company treats its employees and clients. It left a bad taste towards any potential future products or services I might be interested in purchasing, recommending, or gifting.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process for this role starts with submitting your CV, followed by an HR interview, and then a business team interview, before an offer is extended. It's pretty standard for luxury retail, so doing some online research beforehand is a good idea. They welcome applications from undergraduates and you don't need a referral. The main thing they're looking for is genuine passion for luxury fashion.
