I went through two rounds of interviews plus an excel assessment for this part time intern position. The first round was with a HR manager where they asked typical questions like why Prada, why this industry (since it's not related to my major), explain your employment history, and what you think of the job and working environment. The second round was supposed to be with line managers, but I ended up doing a one-on-one with a manager because others weren't available. They explained the job duties again and checked my expectations. After that, I stayed to do a 30-min excel assessment focusing on pivot tables, charts, and general excel functions. Overall, it was a friendly and smooth process.
