First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Prada.
Client Advisor
The whole interview process takes about 3 rounds. You'll start with a recruiter call over Teams, then talk to the store manager, and finally have an in-person meeting with a District Manager and the Store Director. The process moves fast, and they'll let you know quickly if you're a good fit.
- What makes you want to join Prada or the luxury retail industry?
Client Advisor
First, you'll interview with the store director. Then, you'll meet with the country manager, who is the most important interviewer. Finally, there's an interview with HR. There are quite a few interviews in total.
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Client Advisor
The interview process started with a chat with the HR team, which was pretty straightforward. After that, I had a second interview with the store manager I'd be reporting to, which was a bit more challenging but not too difficult. During the HR interview, I was asked to introduce myself, explain my interest in the role, share my knowledge about the brand, and discuss my suitability for it, along with outlining the key duties of a client advisor. The meeting with the store manager involved similar questions like introducing myself, discussing my career aspirations, and my expectations regarding the job's workload.
- Tell me about yourself, and what motivated you to apply for this specific position?
- What insights do you have regarding our brand?
- In what ways do you believe you align well with our brand's values and image?
