The first part was a phone call where they asked me typical questions for an SDR role. Then, there was a group interview on Teams with other people applying. It was to learn more about the company and see how we interact online. The recruiter said sending a thank you note after this step is important to get to the final step. But the interviewer didn't show up, so I don't know what happened in the second part.

The hiring manager reached out unexpectedly for a 30-minute chat, and we scheduled a follow-up. The next week, the hiring manager was late and repeated the same basic questions, showing they didn't remember our previous conversation. The interview seemed to go well, and they invited me for an in-person interview the next day, with less than 24 hours' notice. I couldn't make it due to prior commitments and suggested a later date. I felt their rushed scheduling was a bit of a red flag, but given the tough job market, I wanted to see the process through. I followed up multiple times but was ghosted, which solidified my view of the company's unprofessionalism and time-wasting approach.

The hiring process was clear and well-thought-out. It began with an HR screening, then moved to discussions with the hiring manager and director. All my interactions were positive; everyone was friendly, welcoming, and candid. I really liked how the expectations were communicated upfront, and I feel good about the position and the team. I'm excited to join everyone!
