Analyst
There were 4 interview rounds. The first was with HR and lasted about 30min to 1hr, with basic questions. The second was a face-to-face technical interview where I had to answer technical/analytical questions on the spot. The third round involved writing code on Codepad based on the interviewer's questions. Finally, the fourth round was a meeting with the department head, focusing on behavioral questions.

Learning Specialist
I got a phone screen about a week after applying. They said they'd email me about next steps. The following week, I got an email asking for my availability for a video interview. I replied right away with my availability. I didn't hear back after sending my availability, so I followed up. My follow-up email was also ignored. The next week, I got an automated rejection email. A video interview was never actually set up after they asked for my availability. It's good I didn't get the job, given their unprofessional hiring process.
- Can you tell me what you know about adult learning and how many years of experience you have in this area?
- How do you typically assess learning outcomes?

Project Master
I had a phone interview with HR first. Then I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, it was a face to face interview with 4 members of the management team I would be working with. You meet the hiring manager first, then 3 more managers one right after the other. The VP likes to have you sit through 4 interviews in a row. They asked me about my Scrum Master skills, Project Management skills, and how I would deal with certain situations. The HR recruiter told me I was rejected due to lacking Financial Service Experience, but they never asked me about my Financial Service Experiences, and I have 15+ years of experience. It was negative because the VP of the group I interviewed with's main purpose was to put you on the defensive and likes doing this. I am not sure what this proves. He kept asking off the wall questions to frustrate you and try and make you angry, then sit there and smile. I just answered and moved on. The other 3 interviewers were awesome, great questions, great time with them.

Account Representative
We started with a group orientation led by a Sr Recruiter and HR Assistant. They talked about the company, its culture, and opportunities, plus basic pay and benefits info. While they presented, we filled out an application that asked us to describe how we'd handle two situations: 1) an achievement and 2) a complicated situation. After the presentation, people were called for one-on-one interviews. While waiting, the host held a Q&A. It was a pleasant, simple, and comfortable process, leaving me feeling good about the opportunity.
- Can you describe how you would handle the scenario that was presented?
- Tell me about a time you had to handle a complicated situation.
- Describe an achievement you accomplished.
