Applied via a staffing agency and the interview was scheduled about a week later. I had a Zoom call with four hiring managers. They started by introducing themselves, then I discussed my work history and education. After that, there were about five to six behavior-based questions, and they advised using the STAR format for answers. It concluded with an opportunity for me to ask questions. The interview lasted about an hour.

Behavioral

A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. We had some good chats, and then I interviewed at their HQ. The first interview started late because the interviewer was behind schedule. They asked me to walk through my resume, which seemed like they hadn't seen it before. I tried to make it a more natural conversation, but they were pretty strict. They didn't offer me a drink, but they all had one. The behavioral questions were alright. It seemed like a decent interview, and I got positive feedback, with them saying I'd fit a few roles. But you can only cover so much in under 90 minutes.
