I was ghosted by the company. I was contacted by HR for a phone screen at the end of April. After a week, I followed up and received a positive response indicating that the HR representative was working on scheduling the next step interview with the hiring team. However, I received no updates after that, despite sending multiple follow-up emails through June. While the HR representative was very professional during the interview, and I had a positive experience, I hope the company can show more respect to applicants by at least responding to follow-up emails and keeping candidates informed, rather than ghosting them.

I had an on-campus interview that included a 10-minute research presentation and then 10 minutes of behavior-based questions. They really wanted concrete examples and would stop you if you weren't providing them.

This was pretty straightforward. A recruiter reached out and set up the interview about a month ahead of time. I marked it on my calendar and got ready by looking into the company and going over my resume. I showed up in business clothes and spoke with two different interviewers one after the other. Afterward, I got a tour of the place, and they mentioned they'd let me know in a few days.
