First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PPG.
Sales Representative
It was a thorough process from the beginning. First, some basic questions were asked via Teams. Then, I went in person and it felt quite informal and personal from the start. Finally, I had to give a presentation.
- Could you introduce yourself?
Sales Representative
The interview process was short and to the point, not difficult at all. First was a round with HR. Second was with the hiring manager, and the final round was with the hiring manager's manager. It was pleasant. Questions were about how to run a territory.
- What's your knowledge about the company?
- How would you manage a territory?
Sales Representative
I found out about the gig through a friend. Went in and did an application. A call came 5 days later for an interview 2 days after that. It was a basic interview, pretty straightforward given my proven counter sales background and all the skills they were after, like typing and computer proficiency. I was offered the job that day, pending a drug and background check. Now I'm looking for work again, but things are way different. I'm in a wheelchair after losing both my legs due to brain encephalitis. The doctors were surprised I woke up after an 8-month coma. Hopefully, this company can help me out.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
